This air fryer asparagus recipe is a simple and delicious way to prepare asparagus with minimal effort.

- 1 ½ pounds asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (plus more to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes. In the meantime, clean and trim the ends off your asparagus.
- Season: Toss asparagus with olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add to air fryer: Carefully place asparagus in hot air fryer basket, making sure to spread it out evenly.
- Air fry: Air fry asparagus on 400°F (200°C) for 6-9 minutes, depending on thickness of asparagus. Once done, remove from air fryer and serve with more parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
- For best results, choose asparagus that is bright green and firm.
- Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of asparagus.
