This crispy roasted cauliflower is a delicious and healthy side dish, perfect for your next meal!
Ingredients

- 1 pound cauliflower florets (about ½ of a large cauliflower head; or 4–5 cups)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or more as needed)
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (plus more for serving, optional)
- ½ teaspoon ground paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (or more to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Pre-heat air fryer at 410°F (205°C) for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, toss all ingredients in a large bowl until cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place seasoned cauliflower in hot air fryer basket and air fry for 9-11 minutes, until crispy-roasted on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve immediately.
