Description

This crispy roasted cauliflower is a delicious and healthy side dish, perfect for your next meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets (about ½ of a large cauliflower head; or 45 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or more as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (plus more for serving, optional)
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (or more to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer at 410°F (205°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, toss all ingredients in a large bowl until cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Place seasoned cauliflower in hot air fryer basket and air fry for 9-11 minutes, until crispy-roasted on the outside and tender on the inside.
  4. Serve immediately.
