Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Description

Deliciously soft and chewy air fryer chocolate chip cookies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer cream butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix until everything is combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. The longer you chill the thicker your cookies.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 300º for 2 minutes.
  7. Arrange 4 balls of dough on a piece of parchment paper in the base of the air fryer. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
  8. Open air fryer and check for doneness. Depending on the size of your cookies, it may take 1 more minute of cook time.
  9. Let cookies set for a couple minutes before serving.

Notes

  • The longer you chill the dough, the thicker your cookies will be.
