Description
Deliciously soft and chewy air fryer chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a stand mixer cream butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix until everything is combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes. The longer you chill the thicker your cookies.
- Preheat air fryer to 300º for 2 minutes.
- Arrange 4 balls of dough on a piece of parchment paper in the base of the air fryer. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Open air fryer and check for doneness. Depending on the size of your cookies, it may take 1 more minute of cook time.
- Let cookies set for a couple minutes before serving.
Notes
- The longer you chill the dough, the thicker your cookies will be.
