Description

Delicious air-fried corn on the cob with a touch of butter and seasoning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears corn (shucked thoroughly)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer on hottest setting for 5 minutes before using.
  2. Wash shucked corn and pat dry very well. Brush each ear with oil all over, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place corn in hot air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes, then flip and air fry at 400°F for another 7-10 minutes, until cooked through and charred to your liking (check on corn regularly during last 5 minutes, to make sure it doesn’t brown too much).
  4. Immediately place cooked corn on serving platter and brush with butter to serve. I like to sprinkle on freshly chopped parsley as well.

Notes

  • Check the corn regularly to prevent excessive browning.
  • Using freshly chopped parsley adds a nice touch of flavor and color.
