Description
Delicious air-fried corn on the cob with a touch of butter and seasoning.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears corn (shucked thoroughly)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Pre-heat air fryer on hottest setting for 5 minutes before using.
- Wash shucked corn and pat dry very well. Brush each ear with oil all over, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place corn in hot air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes, then flip and air fry at 400°F for another 7-10 minutes, until cooked through and charred to your liking (check on corn regularly during last 5 minutes, to make sure it doesn’t brown too much).
- Immediately place cooked corn on serving platter and brush with butter to serve. I like to sprinkle on freshly chopped parsley as well.
Notes
- Check the corn regularly to prevent excessive browning.
- Using freshly chopped parsley adds a nice touch of flavor and color.
