This creamy chicken casserole is a comforting dish perfect for family dinners.

- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 8 ounces ham (slices or diced)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (measure after crushing)
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, half and half, sour cream, and dried seasonings until well combined. Transfer the mixture into the casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the ham (or lay the ham slices) over top, and then layer the slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
- In a small bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter until evenly combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Spread the cracker mixture over top the cheese slices in an even layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
