- 1–2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening (optional, for coating)
- For decoration: Sparkling white or silver edible glitter
- For decoration: White or blue sprinkles (nonpareils, sanding sugar, or pearl sprinkles)

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is warm.
- Remove from heat, then add the white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, sea salt, blue food coloring gel, and any optional extracts or syrups if using.
- Let the ganache cool to room temperature before using it to coat or fill your desserts.
- For coating, you may mix in coconut oil or shortening for a smoother consistency.
- Decorate with edible glitter, sprinkles, or stars as desired.
