Delicious jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a savory ground beef mixture and topped with cheese.
Ingredients

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the jumbo pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and half of the salsa to the beef. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and fully combined. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining salsa and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the pasta shells to prevent breaking.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
