Description
A delicious homemade pizza topped with garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 ball pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 475°F with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Roll or stretch dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Place on parchment paper.
- Brush garlic oil over the dough. Add dollops of ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella, and finish with Parmesan. Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Transfer pizza on parchment to hot stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10–13 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh mozzarella cheese.
- You can add additional toppings based on your preference.
