Description

Delicious and crispy air fryer chicken thighs seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 12 pounds in total)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken dry, then place in a bowl with the olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. Combine seasoning in a small bowl, then evenly sprinkle over chicken. Toss to coat. Rub seasoning into each chicken thigh to ensure it stays on.
  4. Carefully place chicken thighs into hot air fryer basket, skin side up.
  5. Air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes, then flip and air fry at 380°F for another 8 minutes.
  6. Flip again and finish air frying at 400°F for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, ensure the chicken skin is thoroughly dried before applying oil and seasoning.
