Description

A delicious and easy blueberry dump cake recipe that combines blueberry pie filling with cake mix for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 21 oz cans blueberry pie filling
  • 13 oz cake mix of your choice (I use French vanilla)
  • ½ cup cold salted butter (sliced into thin squares)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Dump both cans of the blueberry pie filling into the greased dish, being sure to spread it across the entire dish.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pie filling. Use the back of a spoon to help even it out.
  4. Place the sliced butter evenly over the entire cake.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes. The top should be bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.

  • This cake is best served warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
