A delightful and creamy cheese log coated with crunchy pistachios and sweet cranberries, perfect for serving with crackers or baguette slices.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz goat cheese or feta, softened
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
- Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape cheese mixture into a log on a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread chopped cranberries and pistachios evenly over the log, pressing gently to adhere.
- Wrap the log in parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Slice or serve whole with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
- This cheese log can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Adjust the sweetness by using more or less honey/maple syrup according to taste.
