A delicious and easy salad featuring crispy chicken, spinach, coleslaw, mandarin oranges, and a tasty Asian dressing.
Ingredients

- 4 crispy chicken strips (frozen, cooked)
- 4 oz fresh spinach leaves
- 8 oz tri-color coleslaw mix (substitute 4 baby carrots for kids)
- 8 oz mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds (or slivered almonds)
- 3–6 tbsp Asian dressing (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat chicken. Prepare crispy chicken strips according to package.
- Layer salad ingredients in serving bowls. Layer spinach leaves, coleslaw mix, mandarin oranges, cooked chicken, and sunflower seeds in serving bowls.
- Add dressing. Drizzle with Asian dressing to taste.

- You can add additional vegetables or proteins of your choice.
- This recipe can be modified to suit kids by substituting carrots.
