Description

A delicious and easy salad featuring crispy chicken, spinach, coleslaw, mandarin oranges, and a tasty Asian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 crispy chicken strips (frozen, cooked)
  • 4 oz fresh spinach leaves
  • 8 oz tri-color coleslaw mix (substitute 4 baby carrots for kids)
  • 8 oz mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds (or slivered almonds)
  • 36 tbsp Asian dressing (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken. Prepare crispy chicken strips according to package.
  2. Layer salad ingredients in serving bowls. Layer spinach leaves, coleslaw mix, mandarin oranges, cooked chicken, and sunflower seeds in serving bowls.
  3. Add dressing. Drizzle with Asian dressing to taste.
