A delicious and easy garlic bread recipe perfect for any meal.

- 1 rustic French or Italian loaf
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
- Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter generously on both cut sides.
- Optional: Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of the buttered bread.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut-side up, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- This garlic bread is best served warm. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for a day.
