Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 sleeve graham crackers or digestive biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted pistachios
- Flaky salt (optional)
Instructions
- Cracker layer — Line tray, place crackers in a single tight layer.
- Make toffee — Melt butter + brown sugar. Cook bubbling 3 minutes, stirring. Add vanilla & salt.
- Bake — Pour toffee over crackers. Bake 10 min at 350°F until bubbling.
- Chocolate top — Add chocolate chips, melt, spread smooth.
- Finish — Add pistachios & flaky salt. Cool fully → break into shards.

- This recipe is easy to make and perfect for sharing.
- For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the toffee.
