Description
Delicious chocolate truffles made with rich dark chocolate and a hint of orange.
Ingredients

- 90 ml heavy cream
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Add chopped chocolate to the cream and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in orange peel until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
- Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For a flavor twist, try adding a few drops of orange liqueur.
