Marshmallow Stuffed Rolls

Description

Delicious rolls filled with gooey marshmallows and coated in cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Rhodes Rolls (or homemade dough or crescent roll dough)
  • 12 Marshmallows (normal sized)
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅓ Cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a baking dish (9×13-inch or 9-inch round) or a muffin tin.
  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Press the dough out into a circle.
  5. Roll a marshmallow in the butter and then the cinnamon sugar and place on the dough.
  6. Pinch the circle closed around the marshmallow and roll the dough in the butter and cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place in the baking dish.
  8. Repeat until you’ve used all the dough.
  9. Let rest 15 minutes and then bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve immediately.

  • These rolls are best served warm.
