A delicious creamy chicken curry made with tender chicken breasts, aromatic spices, and a rich sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 cup canned tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in tomato puree and additional spices; cook for about 10 minutes.
- Gradually add cream while stirring; cook on medium-low heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes).
- Serve with basmati rice or naan.
Notes
- This dish can be adjusted for spice level by adding more or less garam masala.
- For an authentic flavor, serve with traditional Indian bread.
